Had some time during quarantine to finally figure out how to mod FTL. The modding fever got to me, and quickly a custom ship became a ship pack, a flavor mod, and a personal balance mod. After these past couple weeks, I feel that the mods are complete enough to be published and used by the community.

Type D Ship Pack (Now Updated to 1.1!)

It should be compatible with any other ship packs. I would recommend placing it right after Hyperspace to ensure that all 10 ships are in their vanilla order.
Contains 10 ships recolored after a theoretical "Type D" expansion. Every major ship has been recolored to another faction to keep it within the vanilla "flavor."
Recommended to play alongside my Balance Mod, might be a tiny bit weaker without. Ships are fairly balanced, none are any stronger than Lanius or Crystal B at the beginning.
Each ship tries to represent a playstyle that either wasn't present in Vanilla or alters the approach to a particular ship.
Currently still testing to work out all the minute details.

Better Stores and Stations (Now Updated to 1.2!)
Something that always bothered me was that you purchase from stores that are always implied off screen. Now this mod gives a bit more visual addition to the game!
Spawns in a respective space station or ship when at a store or trade event. Covers every single unique store text, with the exception of stores on planets.
Empty beacons or events with potential hostiles are not changed.
Purely for flavor, has no change in the balance or chance of stores.
This mod only changes vanilla store events, so it should be compatible with most mods (emphasis, "should").

I did NOT create and I do NOT own all the assets in this mod. The coding is the only thing all original. The only station created by me were the Zoltan stations and only a couple (Mantis B and Crystal B) were modified by me.
Therefore, the credit must go to Sleeper Service's Captain Edition (CE) and stargateprovider's Station Job mods.

Ben_Jammin's Balance Mod (Now Updated to 1.1!)
An attempt to balance Advance Edition FTL with mimimal changes to weapons, system costs, and some RNG aspects.
Removes the Flagship's hacking for a similar event that has less RNG, making the Flagship Phase 1 not as trivial or OP. Choose your hacking!

Summary of other changes:
- Rarity of "OP" weapons is increased, but otherwise their attributes are the same
Rarity of Bio Beam and Crystal Bomb decreased
Price scale of hacking increased (80-90-100)
Oxygen 2 price increased (40)
Underused weapons such as Chain Ion and BL 3 get buffed
---This makes enemies with them scarier as well
Repair Arm, Drone Booster, and Crystal Shards buffed and costs reduced
Personnel drones costs are reduced, as well as hull repair drones
Possible to get Crystal and Lanius outside of events/abandoned sector respectively
Slight adjustments of augments of Rock A + C, Stealth B, Engi B
Unless otherwise noted, gameplay is still the same. Should make the game harder with more diverse setups in the endgame. More improvising and less reliance on hacking (I hope).
This mod works best when loaded last. No testing has be done with other balance mods.
This mod is complete for now. I will maybe create another addition that would be a separate mod, but probably not in the near future.
