[SHIP] The Outcast (Enginaxius Race)

Hello there! after a long time off ship making i decided to make a third ship (this one i actually tested multiple times) and i think i've made it pretty balanced (unless you can get 100 scrap quickly). The ship is called The Outcast and it looks pretty interesting but first here is the short story of The Outcast:

This ship was designed by an outcast group from the Engi homeworlds.

It was captured by the engi before it could be completed and so even the engi's couldnt make the shields big enough to support the massive ship.

Now its up to you to defeat the rebels with this weird looking ship. (yes i took a jab at myself for not creating a shield)

UPDATE: This Ship is now known to be the Enginaxius Command ship. This ship commands the smaller Enginaxius Fighters. The Enginaxius currently own a thousand of these ships.



Now lets talk about what this ship starts with. It has a lvl 1 shield system so you need 100 scrap before you can have a normal shield, but it starts with zoltan shields.

The weapons bay has two burst lasers MK2 and yes i know that sounds overpowered, but it balances the shield situation and the fact that it has less hull points than any other ship.

In the engine bay there is nothing really to talk about. It only have lvl 1 engines so if you are a coward and you want to run that won't be a good option for you.

It has a Massive Medbay, a teleporter, piloting, doors, sensors and oxygen pretty normal for a ship.

it starts with little to none power, yet its enough to power the systems.

Yes the ship goes a bit off screen (that's my fault), but i've found that its still playable if you ignore this little detail. And while this ship is fully vanilla i recommend playing it with Captain's Edition.

It's called Outcast6 because with trial and error it took me 6 different versions to perfect this ship as much as i could


I hope you enjoy my ship because i spent a lot of time making it (i know you don't believe me but i actually did)

P.S. Its AE compatible. its the 4th time i'm editing this because i forgot to mention that it replaces the third Engi ship. The type C.

looks a little off, like its too far to the right, try hitting the optimal offset button in slipstream that should fix it up hopefully, other then that yeah looks a lot better then your other stuff, I'll look it over later

Yeah i tried to make it look good but in the two weeks that i worked on this mod (i've got a lot of school work) i couldn't get it to be perfect but then again i started making ships with no clue what i was doing so at some point i will make an awesome ship it will just take time. for now i going to try your solution and hope it works.

Currently making a 4th ship mod that uses the balistic weapons mod for its weapons. Only problem is it keeps crashing when i try to play it. Soo thats a bummer
