Hoy, another mod this time with a custom weapon: GAU-8 Avenger (Vulcan)

A-10 Thunderbolt

The Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II is a single-seat, twin turbofan engine, designed for close-in support of ground troops. (Replace Kestrel-A)

Highlights:
¤ GAU-8 with custom animations & sound Brrrt
¤ Up to 15 weapon power
¤ Teleporter and Battery can't be installed

Added custom sound/description for GAU-8

Bug/Graphical Fixes
Increased cooldown for GAU-8
Added Double weak lasers
V4:
Added two 2x1 rooms for Cloaking & Hacking
V5:
Reduced weapons slots from 7 to 5
Reduced GAU-8 firing rate by -1 to avoid permanent shooting glitch
Drone Bay removed
V6:
Fixed floor bug
V7-A:
Added Battery System
V7-B:
Reduced weapons slots from 5 to 3
Added Drone Bay with 2 slots
V8:
GAU-8 now needs 3 power units (instead of 2)
GAU-8 no longer takes the place of the vanilla chaingun
Custom animations for the GAU-8 & bullets added
V9:
Fixed bullets offset
Rarity of GAU-8 set to 0
V10:
Added floor image

Does it have extra hull points, y''know to represent just how tough the plane is :lol:

Try to keep in mind that stacked systems can cause a heap of trouble.
If both systems are there, and the room gets hit, both systems will take damage, however, your crew will only be able to repair the "top" system.
This can only be solved with a repair bomb or when using an AI ship.
Amateur modder and Let's player (with a substantial FTL and ItB LP featuring countless mods).

Im not sure if you already know this, but if you try to use AUTOFIRE with the last 3 weapon slots the game will crash.

I did have fun, but I have 2 complaints
1. Drone bay doesn't work, and I think I know why, its because the slots for drones are being taken up by the weapons
2. Gattling gun can get stuck on super fire even through jumps (albeit not hitting paticulary anything)

I didn't mind the problems mind ya, I did have fun, but I'd fix those problems, and maybe take away the extra weapon slots, 4 is enough, 15 power for weapons also alright, means ya can have even more powerful weapons on all the time

If anyone knows why i have a little visual bug near the weapons system, i would be happy to fix it :)
