1) crew of 7 or 8 members (with 1 slug)
2) multiple systems you don't need to use
3) clone bay maxed out
4) teletransport maxed out
5) Reconstructive Teletransport augmentation installed
6) enemy ship big enough to send all boarding party in one room


Or you already start with 4 Lanius who can take out the air in two rooms and deal a lot more damage than a Mantis?
Why else do you think the Crystal B and the Mantis B & C are nerfed so much with their starting equipment?

Nice to see it works well with CE, looking forward to part 2!

I noticed you can buy artillery in that run... do I need to add that as a room to be fully compatible with CE?

Yeah I considered a 4x teleporter, but I think it's too strong considering you start with it. Maybe it would work if you had to buy the teleporter, or perhaps if the ship had some other downside like no initial shields. Of course if you know how to edit the xml files, you can easily change it yourself :)

I am still running toward the Federation HQ, but so far one thing "strange" happened: I have found 3 times in a row the Auto Laser weapon within 10 jumps, maybe even less. Now, I wouldn't bother myself with such things, but IIRC I've never been so lucky. Or unlucky, not sure about that... :roll:

Oh, BTW, in order to use the Mind Control sys. I have "caged" a Slug into the fully upgraded Med-Bay! :twisted: :mrgreen:
Has anyone ever considered a Warhammer 40,000 Mod for this game? It would be awesome!

You don't need Slugs to operate Mind Control y'know.
Unless you mean you were too cheap to upgrade sensors (yet you upgraded Medbay)... or you're in a nebula.
