(SHIP) Station 12

A lot of people (and aliens) live in space stations. Station 12 was built by a collaboration of Engi and Human workers, and serves as a slow moving home for them. With the threat of war and increase in pirating, the crew of Station 12 constructed a powerful 'station beam' to keep attackers at bay.





My Sixth ship. Made out of recoloured FTL ship parts and guns so nothing too new. It seems stable to me, but if you think anything needs changing let me know . With high maximum shield levels, but low engines, this ship makes a pretty fun tank. I think the lack of power early on and few weapon/drone slots make up for the over-powered station beam.

WARNING
This mod removes cloaking and only allows up to 2 engine upgrades! I advise disabling this mod before playing with another ship.

Augments:
Shield Recharge Booster

Comes with a custom Glaive beam, the 'Station Beam'. Faster, less power and longer than a Glaive, but only 2 damage per room.

That Station Beam is lookin pretty cool!

...but if you know how to embed images, why not embed the ship images into your post, instead of hyperlinking them?

On a related note, the link to your ship image isn't working.

Thanks, i moved all my pics etc into folders didn't realise dropbox would give them different links :S
And I can't embed it as whenever I try it says 'attachment quota reached'.....

Just tried that and I don't think it works with dropbox :/ (I put the weapon image up as an attachment, but it only lets you put files that are about 5kb up.....)

You can use imgur.com to host the images -- IMO it's the best image hosting service currently available, and works well with embedding.
