Played this mod, named my ship the FS Overpowered for multiple reasons, replaced medbay with clone bay due to many situations of mind control almost getting a zoltan killed. There is literally only 1 way you can make this the most overpowered ship ever, reduce artillery cooldown time to 5 seconds like the Tsunami battlecruiser. Just thought I'd point that out. Also you should try using this on insane difficulty, I think you may actually be able to beat the flagship with this ship with that difficulty on, as the flagship pretty much has double the hp, double the crew, double the damage, 5 second cooldowns, and that is just phase 1.

I don't think the Antimatter Siege Cannon should be set to 5 seconds for cooldown. A cannon of that size would take at least 30 seconds to recharge.

And the Mind Control thing sucks but that's why you strike swiftly at it first before the Zoltan Supershield goes down. But I can understand the clone bay thing, just watch your power usage.
