[SHIP][CE] Pirate stealth cruiser

I know that this model was used already... :?

Anyway, I made a ship! It is a playable hybrid version of Pirate Tech Cruiser (room placement), Pirate Artillery Cruiser (artillery and weapons' mounts) and Pirate Stealth Cruiser.

Replaces Engi B and requires Captain's Edition to work properly

This was a surprisingly easy ship to remake from scratch, especially because Nider_01 said how he fused those three stealth pirate ships.
