:edit: ALSO perhaps you could make It work with slip stream so its easier to turn it on and off with caps edition :|

Except it does work with SMM :|

Works for me. But I don't know if it is compatible with AE.

In my spare time, I think I have successfully made this mod work with Advanced Edition (not that it didn't already, but the ship selection GUI was messed up and you could waste scrap on AE systems).

If the mod author (DryEagle) wants me to take this down, I'll do so asap.
As there is not enough rooms on the ship, I cannot add Mind Control, Hacking, or Backup Battery. Because of this, they are unavailable in stores.

If you find anything broken, give me as much info as you can.

CoryStarKiller, I don't think DryEagle is still active in FTL modding. He said on one of Vanguard's streams that he quit modding for the game, so the chances of him releasing an official update are very small. :(
