The pathing has nothing to do with having a slug. It was ok for him because he was sending them into the first room on the other ship, then moving them onwards from there. That way it keeps the pathing sane. If you try to send them to a room beyond the non-connected one, then it goes wonky.
All ships I have created include custom weapons, graphics etc:

This mod is awesome, but will you update the gib animation for the ship destruction screen? It looked kind of weird as the ships just took a waltz together - no church bells, fireworks or rockets to celebrate the modgasm. ;)

Finally, after several attempts was able to beat the game. I would typically die to second phase of the boss. This time around managed to get my hands on hull repair bot, which made all the difference. Awesome mod!

Very nice job there dude, nice imagination :p

U could draw a teleport graphic near the position of the "secret" door, so when u want to go to the freighter, u just walk to the "teleport" xD. Its mostly for stetic pusposes.

the ship hull was already altered to show that... can't add graphics to rooms with no systems in them, so this is as close as can be done without changing the layout of the ship completely

bro I cant get your mod to work I try changing theship it replaces but when I click on it it crashesany help???
