Re: [MOD] Starcraft Conversion v0.5: 18 new ships!

Hope you enjoy playing the ships. I'd love it if you (or anyone else) could tell me which ships you've particularly enjoyed or which ones seem too hard or too easy. Having a Crystal crewmember and a teleporter is one of my favorite things, drone spamming is another so I absolutely love the Carrier!...

I'm not really sure if there's anything you can do about it, but the pathing on the crew around the center of the Battlecruiser is REALLY weird.

Here's some live footage of my crewmembers going through walls. =P

Change your .ftl file into a .zip, open it, and go into the data folder. From there look for "blueprints.xml.append", open it, look for "maxPower Amount" and just change that number to however much starting power you want.

Re: [TOOL]FTLEdit: FTL Ship editor [v0.88] (Please test!)

The shield size always comes out smaller than it should be on my custom ships. Entire rooms are exposed, not covered by the shield, is there any way to fix this? Just take one of the existing shields, increase it's size so that it covers your whole ship, then name it "yourshipsname_shields1&qu...

Alright, here's one for ya. I can't close the program. I close the window BAM! Pops right back up. End it through the task manager? BAM! I Think it likes me, the only way to kill it is to restart the computer. Admittingly, it's not a big deal, but still, WTF? Not entirely sure what causes it, but j...

I cannot find the unpacked folder, I can only see the .dat files within my FTL > resources folder. Unless you mean the FTLShipEdit > resource > img > ship folder, which is where they are currently. :/ No, they have to be in the actual games files. you have to install ftldat. http://www.ftlgame.com/...

Re: [TOOL]FTLEdit: FTL Ship editor [v0.88] (Please test!)

I've created a layout of rooms and a custom base/floor to go with it. I used the Crystal_B ship to start with. But whatever I do, the base and floor do not show up in-game. They do however show up in the editor. Am I exporting it wrong? Do I need to put the images somewhere specific? The rooms turn...
