So far you're the only one with this problem, are you installing it through some different way? If not, check the mod file itself and make sure the image names are "flagship_prototype" Then check the blueprints.xml.append and see if on the top line of the ship's data (not the weapons) it ...

For whatever reason, I only see a black square instead of the ship model, with the rooms overlaid on top. I'd love to try the ship out, but it's disappointing to not be able to see the ship. The point of the lower amounts of hull is to counteract the incredibly powerful Crusader Beam. If more people tell me its too low though, I increase it to 25 health.

All modded ships replace in-game ones, thats just the way FTL mods work. If you want to play the vanilla ones again, just uninstall the mod (have GMM patch the game with nothing selected).

I'm pretty sure that enemy weapons just target rooms at entirely at random, so I don't think moving the oxygen room would do much, I'm just unlucky/lucky depending on how you look at it. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it! I got the FTL update working (it surprised me to see how easily it was to do) So hopefully there won't be anymore Ship jumping tragedies :lol: . I figured I'd let you know that I did a playthrough with the Protoss Carrier on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADAcWrraxf0 Definately one of the most fun FTL runs I've had in a while and I feel that I demonstrated just about everything about the ship... right down to abusing the room layout...

So i am using the cruiser and the doors system is in a room right next to the outside of the ship. So the system is down and I opened the doors to vent fire and didnt close them in time before the system went down.
