I was going more for the fact that you can't get shields, and your hull will always be getting damaged, and thought that if I removed the clone bay, it would result in too much micromanagement. Shoot, I missed the no-shields bit. Is there a cap on engines besides the normal one? No cap on the engin...

Update on the mod: Added 4 custom missile launchers, updated the cloaking image. Some changes to the other ships as well, mostly re-balancing. You could give it two and have it provide 50% each, so Rock ships do become rather a bit of nuisance but well... I don't like the idea of having 3 augment slots taken up for the gimmick. Actually, I did plan for that eventually, I'm just not sure what I would give for the third augment slot, if any...

I've fixed the problem. I set Nano Rock Plating to 34% chance to resist damage and gave three to the ship. It seems to work.
