To begin with the drone option was never meant to be very cost efficient. Again, I still don't see why drone systems would need this additional perk and why the player should be able to escape that easily when having combat drones equipped. Free escape is different from gaining a jump on empty beac...

If you do happen to read what Leon has been saying, do not do what normal devs would do and completely ruin the game by taking advice from inexperienced gamers, if anything, make another difficulty for people who are entirely new to thinki-... playing FTL. I've given this game a chance of 3-4 hours on easy mode which was way too difficult, random and frustrating than it should. When my ship was almost entirely destroyed on a first turn, I gave up and uninstalled the game. Ludicrously not fun. I would definitely NOT recommend this game to those beside...

I must agree. That does seem a bit silly. If that haPpened to me I know I'd be charging up my FTL Engine as quickly as possible. It Ian good for immersion to see the AI not do something as simple as trying to conserve their lives
