What's amusing is that after looking through Twinge's balance mod and what he did to the BL III - to me it feels like a nerf. Reducing the time from 19 to 18 seconds does nothing, and reducing the cost from 95 to 70 just means that I get less scrap when I sell it from acquiring it randomly, which I ...
