Both of those are still better than my hackjob attempt at shading. The last ship I tried custom shading on was so complex, I didn't know how it looked in 3D, so I couldn't do self-cast shadows and stuff--in the end I just gave up, slapped a gradient layer on, and called it a day, lol Did a little b...
