In GIMP, use Export As (shortcut Shift+Ctrl+E) instead of Save As (shortcut Shift+Ctrl+S)

Open the data.dat file in your favourite code editor with UTF-8 encoding. Ctrl+F for "weaponBlueprint" or "augBlueprint" or "droneBlueprint".

This will probably be easier to achieve through using another app (probably the app you're using to stream the game to your phone in the first place?) to detect tapping in a certain area and send a keyboard input to the game, or something along those lines, because currently changing the hardcoding ...
