The NEW VERSION is out. I added the Defiant. A possibility to communicate with your own faction was missing. Now you do not have to fight your own. Have you tried using a MIRV missile artillery?
I recall there is the Cathartes mod which fires a huge missiles which later splits into 6~7 smaller missiles. No crash there :roll:

IMHO the Mantis resemble the shielded droids seen in Episode 1, when Obi-wan and Qui Gon-Jinn must escape from the viceroy ship.

Having the ship separated into two parts unconnected is extremely dangerous, because if you happen to lose a crew member away from the helm room, you won't be able to assign a new one there. Having the ship separated into two parts unconnected is extremely dangerous, because if you happen to lose a crew member away from the helm room, you won't be able to assign a new one there.
