Re: [TOOL]FTLEdit: FTL Ship editor [v0.84] (Please test!)

That means that you don't have (the right) .NET framework installed. You can download the newest version here

So does this not work on XP?

Re: mod ideas, a bit more realism?

A lot of those break gamebalance. I'd assume if someone is offering you goods for surrender you'd have to pull in close for a goods transfer. That alone is a good reason not to open fire on them again, you'd risk substantial damage on your own ship. The slave teleport thing is an option already if y...

Re: Rebel pursuit in secret sector.

As for the actual question at hand, I like to think of it like this: You (being the player), in your selfish quest for power, led the Rebels to the Crystal Home Sector (if anybody asks, the Rebels have an FTL comm-based tracking beacon on your ship, and they found the wormhole you went through, and...

Re: Rebel pursuit in secret sector.

The rebels are tracking you. The moment you jump to the crystal sector they can find it with no trouble. So in essence, you just forced the crystals to have to deal with the rebellion when otherwise they wouldn't have to.

Re: Being sucked into space

Except it doesn't actually work like that. Consider it basically like being in a mild windstorm, and it'd only last a fraction of a second until practically all the air is vented. A gust of air is going to blow you toward the airlock, but it's not going to actually pull you out. Why not just maintai...

Yes. It's difficult though.
