Re: Mouse sensitivity too high

If you played in full-screen mode, would that work? Then you wouldn't be mousing into / out of the game window, changing speeds.

Re: [Suggestion] Allow allocation of reactor power in battle

I'd say once per battle per unit instead. Twice on easy mode. Even with that limitation, this would probably require a tonne of balancing.

Re: Touchscreen Issues

If this is caused by the touchscreen's behaviour, wouldn't this be better fixed by contacting that particular manufacturer, or the OS vendor? Seems like this would affect more than just games, having the mouse click at the previous location, before finally moving.

Re: BUG: Cocoons don't work with nanobots' heal.

This also applies for Blobs from the Blobber. If this is intended behaviour, then I think these units should have a different colour of health. Maybe grey or something, to indicate they count as non-units.

BUG: Cocoons don't work with nanobots' heal.

They're not an actively attacking enemy unit yet, but I think they should count for the heal.
(Also mentioned in this thread, but that's about teleporters.)

Re: Some randomish questions for vets please

1. The different sectors don't really differ in the average amount of resources, as far as I can tell. They do differ in the types of enemies you'll face. For example, rock sectors have lots of rock ships, which have the rock hull augmentations, meaning that they usually can be shot at more, without...

Re: Advanced Edition: First impressions thread

I find the med bay and the clone bay to be about equal. Med bay let's you fight guys inside of it, and heal after every encounter. Clone bay is less micromanagement to heal everyone, although it's not to full health every jump. Also, it let's you teleport guys faster, for the small teleporters, sinc...

Re: Blue story options for Humans?

We might be talking about different events. [SPOILER] The one I'm thinking about, starts with an Engi on a ship, saying something like "Strange bug. Help with debugging?" One option is to tell him you don't have time for any hacking, and the other is the blue option, to send your human to ...

Re: Your "I'm too stupid to play this game" moments.

Was playing the game the Friday after AE came out, with my friend Bob. We were using the Lanius ship, type B, and were in a battle with an enemy ship. Everything was going well, when the enemy teleported over to my ship. My guys were low on health, but I figured I could kill the enemy boarders first...

I'm pretty sure that it counts as insane, if you think that you are another species. :P
