I think you didnt understand me. AI, and NPC generally, seem to have ~50% evade. What part do you think I did not understand? Whenever I played by Sector 4 you wont be able to take out the shields on an enemy ship with a burstlaser MkII, so why it would be any better with dual lasers I do not know.
