Personally, I would hate the whole "randomly lose a crewmember" thing. Losing a bit of scrap as "employee payment" is alright, I guess.

Infinite mode is much more fun to play than story mode, and seems to have more events. I've started to build a sort of family on my little Engi Station.

When doing a Trump Run, Rockmen are also discouraged. Being highly religious, they're probably Cruz supporters.

I'm thinking a Bernie ship: Upgrading your systems are super-cheap (free or reduced college costs for everyone!), but you get 60% less scrap (hey, money's gotta come from somewhere, usually in the form of taxes).

This the one? Wasn't too tricky to find, maybe you should go wax the Kestrel's hull and train up your Google-fu? (Sorry, that was mean, but I couldn't resist) Unfortunately I don't think it was updated for AE. It might still work, if it only edits system values, but maybe that's a job for another m...

You know, I've always wanted a ship that's drones and just drones. It'd be hilarious if this ship had only one weapon slot (for the Vulcan, or the Ion Blast II [the one that only takes 4 seconds to charge]) and four drone slots (maybe five if it doesn't crash the game).

Cruising along in my glaive beam / heavy ion / weapon pre-igniter ship, business as usual, when the first ship the game throws at me in that sector was a Rock cruiser with 4 shield, ion resistance, and a heavy laser of some description (3 damage, fires twice) - even though I also had 4 shield level...
