I think that the 'normal' mode can be classified as hard and 'easy' as medium so I think there should be a proper easy. That's where the mod would come in. It could create an easy game mode for the game and the name is perfect for the idea. Anyone who makes the mod please give credit for the name :)

Id be happy to play test when your ready. A suggestion would be when its cloaked everything man made (machinery, metal bits and rooms) should be cloaked leaving an obsidian asteroid look. :mrgreen:

Do you not have to edit some weird file by unpacking the data.dat and use loads of X Y Z co-ordinates to move the rooms :|

[Modding] Moving rooms help!

Ive seen lots of new ships and that people have created. I know how to change the ships picture, and the room layout but how do you actually move core rooms or doors? Id be greatful for a tutorial or help.

That's something that would be really great. When you customize ships it should give you a picture of an outside ship (for example The Kestrel) and let you rebuild the rooms placed inside the ship. It is probably possible to edit the ships picture.

Will you still be updating the game frequently? Or is this the final game. Im fine with whatever you chose, No doubt it will always be a great game.
