Yup, everything you need is there.
The easiest way to access the data.dat file is by using the ftldat unpacker.
All the events are located in the event files.

In addition to this, the oxygen level indicator shows the average level for the whole ship.
If you are venting rooms, or have a hull breach somewhere, the oxygen levels can decrease, even when everything is working like it should be.

Anyone got any... simplified methods of doing this? I am horrible with the command line. Either someone could write a nice graphical frontend to the application or capture a video of using the commandline tool. Both is hard for me, for I do not have easy access to a Windows computer. My hand shakes...
