Every time I come back to FTL, I always install the sM Polish Kit. :D Insurrection works great, and I like the ship layouts you made for it. Also in case you wonder how I generated the initial list: I basically just looked through the last three pages of the working mod forum and added anything that had an [AE] tag, plus any mods of which I knew they where compatible. You absolutely did not go back far enough. Even just quickly checking...

Hey, I found out that you're trying to make a randomized flagship mod. Which is awesome. This thread is really big, though, so forgive me if this has already been clarified: Are you going to make a version that will work with normal FTL? I love CE, but randomized flagships is... kinda a missing feat...

At sector 2 with the disabled fleet mod, I had a Glaive beam, a Halberd beam, a Burst laser mk III, 2 fire beams, a hull beam, defense 2 drone, combat 1 drone, a heavy laser 1, and one empty cargo space! Hate to tell ya, but that happens to everyone who disables the fleet or any other extended FTL ...

I don't play FTL much anymore, but I still check the forums sometimes. I used to play FTL so damn much, with so many mods, that whenever I look at a new ship I can usually tell right away if I find it interesting or unique enough (in gameplay terms, not artistic) to play. Descent into Darkness isn't a total conversion. It changes the start menu, but beyond that it's just the ship and the events that let you customize it when you start a new game. It's essentially a very polished ship mod, since after you do the customizing at the start it's still the vanilla FTL game...
