If you look closely when you fire at the other ship you can notice the shots come in at random angles. This is to give the illusion that the ships are in fact, moving. Developers talked about that one too.

I recall the developers saying something to the effect of "It does this because in later games imagine coming out of a cloak and having all your enemy's weapons firing at you at one time". In the end sectors that would = death in most cases.

So your argument is that you don't see how doing things quickly and accuratly while at the same time problem solving is a skill or difficult?

I like the "no pause" as being an option. It could act like a multiplier to your final score. Nothing says you NEED to use the setting. Just one more thing to make it appeal to the masses without taking anything away from the game.
