Update 1.9 here! It skipped several versions, so there are quite a few changes. Added support for Linux, Hyperspace and Multiverse. Added procedural hull generation.
Attention Arsenal with the Hyperspace option enabled requires mod version 1.28, which is still in the process of being translated into English.

The tool was updated for the lastest MV version 4.7. LMK if there is any problem with this.
