Can i get the DRM free verison AFTER i bought it on Steam?

i wasn't aware buying it on the website came with steam key. so i bought it on steam because i love steam.
but it would be nice to have the DRM free version too if i bring it over too a friends house or something.

nope unles you get a refund from steam and then purchasing it on the website.
