I'm having the frame rate issue everyone else is posting about, but I cannot get CCC to install on my Windows 8 installation.
Does anyone know how I might force vsync without CCC?

Blimey!
This post worked, in summary: From an elevated command prompt in the driver Bin64 folder run "atisetup.exe -install -output screen" and CCC installed.

After that turning on Vsync seems to have fixed the FPS issues.
