Looks like Frank Chen was actually Hiram McDaniels, the 5-headed dragon. Why did I not see that before?

Anyway, I'm giving chase in a Rebel Rigger with a Hacking Module and boarding drones. It was the only thing I could find in this economy of Rebel ships attacking us. We must rescue the Admiral and meet up with Federation forces to drive the Rebels back and to destroy the Flagship 2.0!
