A Strange Code

P.S: This was heavily inspired by the Engi Conspiracy.

Two days ago I flew my heavily modified Kestrel class cruiser into Lanius space. There I overheard a conversation between several Lanius cruisers. They were speaking in a language that I couldn't comprehend. But then, I received a transmission from somewhere. It read: 171146143040141154163141156163040172147162040152172154154151170166142056. I am currently working on decoding the message, but progress has been slow. I'll update when I'm done.

An AI ship with the IFF reading "Collossatron" has already decoded it for you.
The message reads:
"That's Numberwang!"

this is Strike Cruiser Retribution on all freqencies. we have just exited warp space. And we are under attack by a lanius Dreadknot. Literaly its a knot. Anyways it is sending out a message constantly it goes

It goes surrender to the lanius and your death will be quick or you will perish by the oxygen draining laser/breach beam. We can hold out but please send support

This is retribution we have been hit but it is not by anything harmful. The AI appears to be shooting flamming cows and Exploding kittens at us
