This is pretty rough, for eg the Engi, they are also commonly heavily using Beam weapons (besides pike) and Heavy Lasers. not just Ions and Drones (that is for player ship Engi A)

Also most other factions use Burst lasers and Missiles (besides hull). But all and all this is pretty good. you may look at some of the codding for weapon lists for enemies as there common weapons and such, and maybe look at events.
