Forum www sub domain redirect not working

To whoever it may concern:

Currently all links to this forum which point to the www. sub domain do not work.
Please try to visit https://www.subsetgames.com/forum/ to understand the issue.

https://www.subsetgames.com/forum/
should be redirected permanently by the server to :
https://subsetgames.com/forum/

Because there are existing links out there and lots on this forum I imagine which are broken because they contain the www. sub domain prefix from when it was working.
If the forum software is hosted on an apache webserver, then .htaccess is the way to go to fix it IIRC.
