Using Poke

Hi guys just thought I'd throw out this out. I use a program called Poke to do little cheats in-game (a.k.a. infinite hull, fuel, etc.) I also figured out how to get basically infinite power in all my systems. But I tried to find the value for when a system like the cloak or hacking is running, but cant seem to find it. Any ideas on how to do this?
