Adds the Rock Leader to the game.
The Rock Leader is sort of a meme between modders, because Subset added files for a boss-colored rock but never used them. A boss rock doesn't seem very threatening, so it's a funny thought.
My version is immobile, armored, and improves the weapons of all other Vek each turn. A Firefly would fire the Alpha Firefly's weapon, then, should you leave it alive longer, the Firefly Leader's.
If the Rock Leader cannot upgrade any weapon, it will instead queue up a devastating self-destruct move.
