Some questions about Shield Overcharger Drones.

Hello, I'm new to the FTL forums and I have some questions about Shield Drones. I've noticed how people have complained about them, and if these things I'm asking are possible I think the Shield Drones could be used so that they aren't so crummy.

1: How do you make it work with no power? (I know this is possible from the EL Addon in Captain's Edition)

2: Is it possible to make it charge three bars of Zoltan Shield at once?

3: Is it possible to make it so that it doesn't use up drone parts?
I've created Type C Hulls for the enemy Mantis, Slug, Rock, and Zoltan ships, and anyone can use these for a mod.

Most of it is hardcoded so there's nothing that can be done about improving them to make them useful.

Except for the no power thing. You just need to change the power settings in dlcblueprints.xml.append.
