I have windows 8 and I made all the files I needed to read only but it says they don't have permission, is it not compatible?

I dont think the link works, it says the website (Mediafire) is busy but downloading 1.5 just now worked fine

The 1.6 link worked for me just now (Opera and Firefox).
Maybe the new file needed a little time to propagate through Mediafire's servers?
