[SHIP][AE] Strategic Stealth Cruiser "Arrow"

Overview:

A cruiser that does not focus on pure firepower, but on strategy.

it includes an overwhelmingly powerful cloaking III and hacking II. However, it lacks in every other field. It has only 2 weapon hardpoints, making it rather hard to defeat high shield ships later in the game.
Replaces stealth A.

What's new:
[*]Fixed two rooms unconnected.
[*]Removed shields
[*]Replaced heavy lasers with basic lasers
[*]Fixed issue where you are not able to purchase a cloning bay
[*]Removed hacking stun augmentation (it had no real purpose and was simply free scrap)
[*]Removed 3 reactor power, 2 since shields are gone, and 1 for general nerf
Requires Advanced Edition to run!

What's next:
[*]Making the ship look more stock-alike.
[*]Fixing ship thumbnail.
[*]Balance, balance, balance.

Known issues:
[*]Ship thumbnail is low quality and does not fit properly in ship selection (if anyone knows how to fix this, please tell me!)

Credits to @Envoy#5745 for the original ship design, which was designed for ROBLOX. I was inspired by this and recreated it in FTL.

So I haven't played with this ship much, but here's a few things:
Vanilla FTL Ship Sprites have lines that are 1 pixel thick, it looks weird with all the inconsistent looking lines.
Vanilla FTL Ship Sprites also have a soft red glow around them, don't really care about that though.
The little mini ship image when you select the ship in the hangar is actually a different sprite entierely. Downscaling won't cut it here.
Lvl 3 engines and cloak, Lvl 3 engines give +15 evasion, cloak gives you +60 evasion, which is 75 off the bat when cloaked. And it gets +5 when theres a pilot at the helm and another +5 when someone is manning engines. Which makes 95% cloak evasion and 25% normal evasion.
And shields because why not.
2 weapon hard points to 'balance' it out, but if you get a good weapon you could probably negate the downside.

Few more things:
Cant get clone bay.
Stupidly OP if you get a decent beam.
There are 2 rooms not connected to the main ship

After beating flagship (on easy because I couldn't beat this game with the most OP ship):
I had Zoltan Shield, Halberd Beam, Burst III, Pre-Igniter, Long Range Scanner.
No extra systems.
I would say that the initial cloak and hacking allowed me to use it as a huge crutch.

Looks like I'm going to have to nerf this and actually make lines 1 pixel thick. The thing is that they were 1 pixel thick but I had to change the resolution of the ship which made it more than just 1 pixel. This is my first custom ship so yeah, mistakes here and there.
I'm probably going to downgrade the engines and perhaps even remove the shields.
I'll have to make those changes tomorrow morning, since it's pretty late here.

Making the lines 1 pixel thick makes the ship look.. a bit weird. I'll see about that..
