[MOD] Enemy Layouts - Mix-up for FTL 1.5.13

Requires Slipstream Mod Manager v1.2+

This mod makes the new pirate layouts in Advanced Editon available to the factions and the faction layouts that the pirates lost will once again be available to the pirates.
Mod Compatibility
- Meant for vanilla FTL, but won't overwrite enemy ship lists of other mods. Load after anything that would overwrite the ship lists. Of course, if something else is changing the ship lists, then this won't have the preferred result.
Modding notes:
- Probability for a layout should be 50% for each hull.
- _PF is for the faction ships that use the new pirate layout
- _FP is for the pirate ships that use the old layout
