Make a notepad file called dlcblueprints.xml.append and add the code below into it.
Then put it into a .zip file or a .rar and rename the extension to .ftl

Then use Slipstream and voila! You've made a mod!
Because chances are if the link doesn't work and the last post was made last year by someone asking for a link (and even then that was a year after the last post), chances are it's dead.

Do you want to troubleshoot append files directly in the archive? That's how you get to having to troubleshoot appends directly in the archive.

Here, this'll remove oxygen. Didn't bother with crew or whatever, though, keep your human alive or let it die, w/e:

Hi there. Im really looking forward for a cruiser like this. But the code line dosen't work (nothing changes in the game) and all of the dropbox links are broken, including meklozz.
I so want a Laniuns cruiser that actually makes sense, thats is, it has no other crew than laniuns and no annoyingly breathing living beings on board, whats the point of having this ship if we are forced to have normal beings in it? This mod that includes 4 laniuns would be awesome too
