Updated for a new turtle!
This one made me sad when coming up for the reason why it is different from the other turtles; despite being fictional.
The type-C turtle is a dead turtle, so it will not heal itself, and it requires crew. The reason it is dead is because it developed in an irregular fashion (Room layout) and couldn't quite survive. It never developed the protection (Rock Plating and Titanium System Casing) that the others have and never had baby turtles. A group of explorers are trying to make use of the corpse, but their starting power is lacking. This one might be a challenge.

Do you have a picture of what you are talking about? I don't quite understand what you are asking.
I had no problem fitting two people in the clonebay room. The clone machine should appear below the room, so it doesn't take up a slot in the actual room.
