Re: One final chance: An FTL-RP

While Cathos was going to ask that first, Cathos decided to leave Kr to do the maintenance stuff instead. He wanted to finish the navigation upgrade soon anyway. Still, he couldn't just leave. "Uhh, I'll find a manually controlled repair drone somewhere and program it clean up some of this. I'l...

Re: One final chance: An FTL-RP

Nazia waited until she knew the mantis had left the room. For dinner, probably. Once she was confident they weren't coming back. She took the wires off and walked over to the monitor. First, she replaced the missing code from where she took off the wires. She knew it well, it was hers after all. Nex...

Re: One final chance: An FTL-RP

I guess I do think of them as robots, yes, since they can just shut down and go into hibernation as well as eating only metal as far as I've seen in the game writing. I certainly don't think of them as needing normal food, though. I'd agree most with styslerj, though. I mean if you want to add an o...

Re: One final chance: An FTL-RP

Nazia considered it for a moment. "You can scan everything. I don't have anything to hide. Although, let me say, I doubt it'll take that long. I'm pretty sure my coding was rushed since I had to be dispatched quickly. Two years isn't that long of a time to think anyway, especially since I'm pre...

Re: One final chance: An FTL-RP

"Well, first of all, that mace is for doors, not people." She walked a little further. "Regarding my fighting style, I don't actually like to touch the enemy at all. Blood makes me rust. I prefer to use the environment. For instance, this is what I would do with that weapon you saw ba...

Re: One final chance: An FTL-RP

"Oh wow. I'm glad I accepted. I wouldn't want my leg to give out under me while I'm swinging sharp things around, eh? Anyway, I'll take the manual option. Haven't been able to reboot in weeks and it doesn't look like this ship is getting a teleporter anytime soon." She stepped out into the...

Re: Hyperspace Dogfights - Jet Fighter Roguelike [WIP]

Ah, so this is what the gif in your signature was from. I knew I didn't recognize the game. Looks interesting.

Re: One final chance: An FTL-RP

Nazia blinked at the sharp pincer that Targon was holding out to her. Finally refusing with a slight hand gesture, she looked closely at him. Mantis engineers had a worse reputation than slugs, cutting corners to catch up on the tech they missed out on because of their anscestor's physical impairmen...

Re: One final chance: An FTL-RP

"Thanks." He picked up a piece and popped it into his mouth. Immediately, he felt that something was wrong. In moments, he was hunched over and retching. Tabitha took a break from her cooking to watch, a joyous smile on her face. After he swallowed it strenuously, he turned to her. "W...
