In order to change the tracks in game, you'll need to resort to using mods. Or find a way to open the .dat folders and replaces the tracks you find in the music folder in one of those. Think there's a program floating around that does that... Though making and using a mod is probably the easier way ...

Try to keep in mind that stacked systems can cause a heap of trouble.
If both systems are there, and the room gets hit, both systems will take damage, however, your crew will only be able to repair the "top" system.
This can only be solved with a repair bomb or when using an AI ship.

Also, by lack of shields, does this mean you can't even get a Zoltan Shield for the ship?
