The ghost event is already hard-coded into the game. It is only findable in pirate sectors, though it is not listed in the .xml as an event that can load. Kinda strange, but certainly fun. Stuff of creepypasta's.

If you are using photoshop or paint.net, you could make a new layer, block some lighter color around it, then use unfocused, and make the layer additive.

I see your point. I always loved that even from when he began this mod, it was never moved from Mod dev to working.

I may attempt to work on completing this for fun, but I would have to get my other project done first. Dunno what he had planned.
