Now - I know that modman.exe isn't a virus. HOWEVER, my Kaspersky Anti-Virus is detecting it as a "Backdoor.Win32.Swrort.zx". http://i.imgur.com/mE7FV.png For now, I've disabled scanning of that file on Kaspersky, but it's probably better (and safer?) if it doesn't give that error anymore....
