Flagship layout tweak

This simple mod connects weapon bays of the Rebel flagship to the rest of the vessel: newboss.jpg (added rooms highlighted in green). UPDATE: Added a dummy "weapon system" to the missile bay; without it the crew will go inside only when there is a hull breach in the room. This is ugly work...

I've added black & yellow borders to the icons to make them better visible against the reddish background. They should be discernible in cluttered rooms too.
